How often should I use Crack?
As often as your hair feens   for it. It truly depends on the current state of your hair. If your hair is in a damaging state, use it more often as in 3-5 times a month. If your hair is in an ok state and you're using the product for simple rejuvenation, 1-3 times a month will suffice. There's a lot you can do with this product. From leaving it in all day, using the product as a pre-poo, Crack can and will adhere   to your regimen. Crack is not a product that is needed as often as it may seem in most cases. This is a quick hair repair/ curl refreshment. As your hair yearns for moisture, you feed it. Treat your hair like a plant, it'll thank you later.

Do I have to shampoo my Crack Treatment out every time?
 If your hair/scalp is not dirty, there is no need to apply shampoo after treatment. The treatment is very light and does not leave residue. Rinsing out the treatment and condition as normal will suffice.

Is the Crack Treatment's consistency   heavy?
No, Crack is very light yet so nourishing. It does not form an unwanted grime or residue on your hair stands if you choose to leave the product in as a "leave in."  Crack does not form a barrier and it allows your hair follicle to be able to retain moisture from oils and other products. 


Should I use the whole jar   of   Crack on   my   head? This stuff is amazing!
As much as it makes sense to empty the jar on your head, no   need. A little of this creamy goodness goes a long way. This is for sizes 16oz and up. 

Does this product aid thin hair?
Yes, this product takes your hair to its Fullest potential. 

Is Crack for all textures and lengths?
Yes. Including Sister Locks, Dread locks, Waves, etc. Crack prevents Dread locks from snapping and becoming dull.  Crack allows the curls within the Sister Locks to spring while adding moisture to prevent any breakage. 


How do I apply Crack with Men's Waves?
Deepen the cusp of your waves by applying, allowing the treatment to sit for an hour and rinsing out right before your haircut. Follow up with your go-to conditioner.   The after effect is sea sickening.


Is Crack   all natural?
Yes. There are no chemicals in this product. 

How soon will I see results? 
You will see results after your first use, however as you continue to use, the quicker your hair will progress.

Yes, you may still purchase online. In notes add “Pick up”.  You will be contacted 24-48 hours after your purchase to arrange a pickup time and date. You will be reimbursed shipment fee upon arrival.


Can I show up without an order to pick up products?
Unfortunately, no. Due to a high volume of orders and clientele at the Crack House, products are made to order.


Should   I refrigerate?
Please keep products in a cool area. During the summer months, feel free to refrigerate the crack.
